Im getting worried because I am trading with this person and have sent the tapes. I sent them an email to see if they've sent mine and they never replied. I sent them another email and the email came back saying Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

ive never trade with this person . However, that user name is on the good trader list on cartoon preservation society 2

The best thing I can suggest is going to the Cartoon Preservation Socitey and looking for them, or run a google search on her name or any aliases you know to see if she's hanging elsewhere.

Have you tried her e-mail again?

Our server went down at work, and all our e-mail bounced.

Also maybe they're having computer problems.

I don't know this person, but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt at first.

I've always been a good trader myself, and I'm in the middle of a trade and I had to take my VCR to the shop. It's slowing the trade down. With all that's going on right now at work, etc. it just didnt' occur to me until my husband said something last night to e-mail the other person.

I'm not familiar with this person, like I said, but stuff happens. If it were me, I'd do some checking first. Just my opinion.

What kind of time span are we talking here?

I've traded with Liz before. She's a little slow at times, but then again aren't we all on occassion. But continue to be persitent-- she's not a scammer, though. I might have more contact information for her at home- will check tonight.

I would be more concerned with why the email bounced back. Might want to try sending your message again, then putting a message on some trading boards asking her to contact you because your email didn't go through.

It hasn't been very long only a week or so, I was just worried because she was quick to email me back before and i haven't heard back from her after i emailed her again.

I am doing a trade with her right now! I am not having problems with her email either, and everything is going well!:wave:

There is no longer a problem. I got an email back from her and it seems everything is fine now.

I too started a trade with her. She did email me to tell me she recieved my tapes (3) and that she liked them. But as I never recieved mine i emailed her to ask- and as well see if she wanted to strike another trade. no response to either...

I really really hope she isn't taking me for a ride- i just had one from pam beaty for tapes as well.

makes me seriously think about qiutting sometimes.

I have just complete one trade with Liz and have another one in the works. She replies to every single email I send to her within a 24 hour period. I'm quite pleased how our trade went and am looking forward to the next one:wave:

Has anybody heard from Liz Buckman lately - like within the past 4 or 5 months? I had completed two successful trades with her before setting up a trade of about 30 tapes and sent my side in March...still waiting on her to send me tapes. I've sent monthly emails and am not getting any response.

This is a old post and I recieved my tapes from this trade. I started up a new trade with her in April and havent heard from her since. No tapes, nothing. I sent my tapes to her. I have been sending her emails and have yet to get a reply to any of them. Let me know if you here from her. She is a bad trader in my books. Luckily, this trade was for only one tape.
