Are they old? Most old people are up at the crack of dawn lol. But 7am is kinda early. Maybe they thought school was on?

That is kinda weird... Maybe they had something to do this afternoon and needed to snowblow the walk?

A lot of places have ordinances about what time a person can make noise. Perhaps you can call your Town or City Hall to check it out.

Yea, I think it's 9 here.
We have other neighbors who have snowblowers, but at least they wait till 9 or 10 or at night to do it.

Yeah my neighbors were out at 5:30 shoveling. All I could here was scraping against the ice. It was horrible.

Happens a lot around here. People shovel or get out their snowblowers at like 6am.

At 7 in the morning I could tell those neighbors where to stick their snowblowers! I don't understand morning people. I have this neighbor, I don't even know his name, I just call him "Buzzy" and he saws wood all the time. Once he had his chainsaw reved up at 7AM one Sunday and I stumbled outside and yelled or something I don't remember. He's just about sawed all of the trees down behind his house. I don't care, it's his property, but it's like he can't stop. Someone needs to take his saw from him.
