Call me crazy, but I didn't watch any of the first three episodes until last night because I hate having to wait for the different parts (1-3) so I waited until I had all three of them then watched them last night as I dubbed them.

One thing that has always bugged me about Grand Opening though, the two ladies that come in the shop asking about Mrs. G's kishe (sp) and then comes back asking about the cookies. They are on several episodes, like the one where Mrs. G almost gets married. Anyway, the thing that bugged me was that I had seen them somewhere and I couldn't place it. Last night around midnight as I sat on my bed watching the episodes, it hit my. Those two ladies were in the old T.V, commercials "Where's the Beef" Do you remember them. The shorter lady is the one that always asked "Where's the Beef" I don't remember exactly, but I believe it was for a Wendy's commercial. Does anybody else recall?

Yes, you are right they were in multiple episodes but the shorter lady was the not the main "Where's the Beef?" lady - she may have been in one of the commercials though. Their names are Ruth Gilette and Eve Smith, they both passed away in the early 90's I believe.
