I'd say Bill Murrey. Ben Kingsley would be a huge surprise (like Adrien Brody's win last year) Sean Penn would be a surprise over Bill Murrey. Johnny Depp was a long shot just getting his nom let alone a win. Jude Law was an average performace, but i do really like him as an actor.

Bill Murray - Only because I am dying to see his speech.

I haven't seen all the movies listed, but I did see Mystic River, and I would be extremely surprised if Sean Penn doesn't win the Oscar.

His performance was riveting and heartbreaking....his best role to date, in my opinion.

I know Johnny is a long shot, but my vote is for him.

I'm pretty sure Sean Penn will win, but if he doesn't I bet Bill Murray will.

Johnny Depp....he is so hot not to mention, he's been one of my favorite actors for years.

Although I haven't seen Lost in Translation yet, I hope Bill Murray wins just to make things interesting. Sean Penn did do a good job in Mystic River, but he always snubs the Academy by not showing up and will probably give some annoying liberal statement if he does...so I say give it to Murray, who's earned this honorable recognition.

A side note: I wonder if Ben Kingsley, when he won the Oscar for his signature role in Gandhi, ever thought he would be up against that "wild and crazy guy" from SNL or the guy who played Spicoli in Fast Times at Ridgemont High that same year.

I can't believe Johnny Depp's nominated! OMG, how cool is that! He's sooo never gonna win, but I'm still rooting for him ;)

Johnny Depp...I have never loved a movie character as much as I loved him. Well, I take that back...Ewan was pretty hard to beat in Moulin Rouge, but Johnny Depp, he's amazing. I know he won't win, but my votes for him.

After I said the same thing about Denzel Washington being robbed previously for The Hurricane and Malcolm X, I'm glad he took that award for Training Day
