I'd say Mary Ann and Gilligan and Professor and Ginger were the most likely couples. Mary Ann and Professor don't go together in my opinion.

I'm not kidding I read this in Bob Denver's book.They didn't allowed it just because they were marrooned on the island unchaperonned,they thought it was not proper.Also it was in the sixties,censors were very strict then(Dawn couldn't show her navel).Of course,get them married on the island would been great,it could been a chance for the next generation.If they allowed it may be Ginger & the professor could been a couple too.Mrs.Howell was going to match them too at the end of the ep.

Even though,G and MA never were been married we can see that they really care very much for each other.But,you're right it's too bad because they could been so much more.I hate censors :mad:

Me too I oughta go on strike! :goaway: Oh but thats right, these days they don't use censors anymore, they show absolutely everything on tv today. Sometimes censors are angering, sometimes they're needed. But in the case of a marriage, censors are just plain STUPID!!! :mad:

The Howells, of course, are a non-issue, so that leaves three guys (or two and gilligan) and two girls.

Yes,I love the Skipper.Just can't see the Skipper with any of the girls.He's too old for Mary Ann,she said so in the Matchmaker.Ginger has more chemestry with professor,she's always helping him on his researchs and she has a crush on him.


May be the Skipper would save a lovely woman during a storm and they fall in love with each other...But,who could married them?A witch doctor from another island :lol:

yes, but are you forgetting that Ginger is always saying that she has dates all the time back in Hollywood? let's just say that the censors (darn them) may not have given the go on this but let's just say that Ginger is the town bike everyone has had a ride. Good Lord, she has a crush on anything with a woo-woo. yes I know when duke williams came on to her she said no and al that jazz and I will most likely get chewed out for saying the above, but those are my thoughts on Ginger. Ginger and Roy, hands down! They are my favorite TV-couple-should have been! (besides Enos and Daisy from Dukes of Hazzard!)
