On April 24, 2008, Dana and I are to meet in LA and handcuff ourselves to Nancy McKeon [Jinny Dearest] and Jay Harrington [Teddy Dearest], and you're not. Hahaha! :D :p Teddy: So, uh... I don't know. What else did you buy? Jinny: How do you know I bought you anything for your birthday? Maybe I plan on knitting you a sweater or... give you something much more organic. Teddy: Well, you do give good organic. Teddy: Be honest with me, not my parents! Jinny: All right, fine. You want honesty? Why don't you let me tell you a little bit about my family? See, I never really had a birthday party unless of course you wanna count my 15th, when my father showed up for cake, plastered in his underwear! Oh... yeah, by the way, my mom couldn't make it that year either because, well, sadly, six months earlier she BLEW HER BRAINS OUT!!!!! Teddy: Jinny, my God. Jinny: As for my brother, ugh... yeah, John... see, he just doesn't like you unless your American, white, and straight... and for me... a few weeks ago when uh... I had that nut case after me... yeah, I had to make a little list, of all the guys that I've slept with in the last two years. I couldn't remember some of their names. Teddy: Stop. Jinny: Ya know what? THIS IS WHO I AM, THIS IS MY FAMILY!!!! Come on, it's your turn. You go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter. Please post! ------------------ Actressgrl7@aol.com Jo:Ferra, you're melting my toothbrush! Peekskill citizen 06-19-2001, 09:04 PM Summary: Where's Poppa? is the episode where Blair's father is indicted(SP?). He gets in trouble with the law over some stocks he bought, which actually wasn't his fault. He can't make the speech to open a new Langley building which he donated the money for. Blair takes it pretty hard, and kind of avoids her father for a while. Jo gives her a speech, and her dad comes to visit her in the end. She reads him the speech she was planning on reading, which says how much she admires him. It's pretty funny in the beginning when Blair goes into "shock" when she reads the story about her father in the newspaper. Beverly Ann is very worried about her and doesn't know what to do for shock, so she almost slaps Blair (she hits the newspaper) and then hugs her. Then Jo is like,"Don't worry Blair, your here with your friends,... and Beverly Ann." It is hilarious. Awesome episode! Cokies 06-19-2001, 10:24 PM Oh no, am I the only one who despises the later seasons? I think so... FOL & DS fan 4ever 06-19-2001, 11:55 PM Well, I don't despise them...but they're not my favorites. I like them better than season one! Lynn 06-20-2001, 01:43 AM They're not my favorites either. I mean, some pretty lousy episodes occurred in these later seasons. But we haven't seen them in awhile so I'm kinda ready to see them again. panman 06-22-2001, 10:26 AM Originally posted by Lynn: we haven't seen them in awhile so I'm kinda ready to see them again.
