Does Jo and George ever hook up once during the eps. that George is in them? Just wonderin!

They don't actually hook up but Jo goes with George to his high school reunion and pretends to be his girlfriend to make another girl jealous because she hurt him in high school. But I think they should of hooked up they would of made a great couple.
