Which is it? I've seen it written both ways. I'm confused?!

Littman is almost an anagram for 'Lamntit', which is almost lambtit. Coincidence? I think not!!! lol...

Found a possible source for the confusion.

159 The Serenity Now.
Jerrys says Littman. Looks like the scripts have Jer's quote wrong, as "Lippman," but Jerry cleary says Littman, you can also tell from Elaine's next line;

Toward the end of the ep:

JERRY: Elaine?

ELAINE: Uhh, Jerry, I've got a lot goin' on with, uh, Lippman right now.

JERRY: Littman?

ELAINE: Yeah, and him too. What?! Oh, yeah! I think George is calling me, so I'm gonna go give him a hand. Come on! Come on!

JERRY: Can I help you?

ELAINE: No. Stay! Stay. Stay.

So then it is Littman?

Hey Elaine

The character's name is Lippman.

In the one case (see above dialog from 159 The Serenity Now), Jer incorrectly says/asks "Littman?"
Elaine shows that's wrong by saying "Yeah, him too."

I saw this ep the other day & thought maybe Jer's incorrect pronunciation of the name started this whole topic.

Make sense? :D

Another question is, did they ever reveal Mr. Lippman's 1st name?

That's a good question, I don't think they ever did. Then again, maybe they did.
