Breaking News from the IMDB!

Various news outlets are confirming that supercouple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have split up, four months after the two called off their impending wedding because of excessive media coverage. A representative for Lopez told both Entertainment Tonight and E! News, "I am confirming the reports that Jennifer Lopez has ended her engagement to Ben Affleck. At this difficult time, we ask that you respect her privacy." The split comes on the heels of reports that Lopez had been spending time with former boyfriend Sean 'P Diddy' Combs and as Affleck was gearing up promotion for his new film Jersey Girl, in which Lopez has a small part. US Weekly reportedly will detail the break-up of the Gigli stars in its next issue, citing January 20 as the day the couple mutually decided to call the 18-month romance quits.

I heard from my sources from Las Vegas, where Ben plays a lot of Poker, that Ben is actually a really sweet and down to earth guy, but that Jennifer Lopez puts the B in Bitch, if it is true that they have broken up, I am really happy for Ben from getting away from her, for I heard that not only is Jennifer a royal bitch from hell, she is always very very jealous of Ben's female admires...


I hope Ben finds someone who is just as unpretentious and down to earth as he and is not threatened by his female fans

Ben never bothered me. I just wondered why in the world he was hanging out with Jennifer. And then there was all that annoying coverage on the two of them (even in Germany it was everywhere!) and the media didn't get the fact that NOBODY CARED! But I don't think Ben's a bad guy. I find it easy to believe that Jen's a bitch - Ben's just a bachelor who's playing the field. I got no problems with him. Honestly, did anyone ever really expect them to get married?

Yeah, you are probably right! I guess I am just referring to Hollywood people in general(with a few exceptions). Most of them seem just plain self absorbed .Myself, being married 35 years I just find these types totally immature. I cannot fathom being married 4, 5 , or 6 times. I think that Ben is a lucky man to have seen the light(if he has) :lol: Poor little J-Lo, just cannot find true love:rolleyes:

I was beginning to believe they'd actually get married! There relationship hasn't exactly been high profile for a while, and it's been a bit rocky. I guess anyone would get sick of being in a relationship where they've made more engagements than Gigli lost money!
