I think the only time i saw a packed crowd in Jack's Bistro was when Larry brung his relatives. Other than that, I always saw 3 or 4 people-LOL

I'm glad they did that. I would think it would be farfetched if all of a sudden Jack opens a Bistro and it is an automatic hit. Things just don't work like that.

I guess he couldn't afford to hire employees, except a cook.
HE should have been the chef - That's what he went to cooking school for! Instead he acted as host, waiter, busboy...

They probably didn't pack the restaurant due to budget constraints. Paying for extras all the time cost money, so they went with less customers.
