I'll say "Taxi". Even though most people consider it to be "Cheers II", I've always compared Wings to Taxi. BTW, I LOVE Taxi.

I agree with you. While many people call Wings "Cheers at an airport", I think Wings has more in common with Taxi. (I made a Wings/Taxi comparison post here once.) I like Wings best out of the three shows, although I do love Cheers and Taxi.

Personally, I get annoyed when people call Wings a Cheers or Taxi knock-off. I think all three shows are great shows in their own way.

I'm a huge Cheer's fan, and watched it during its original run. I never warmed up to Taxi.

I guess if I had to choose one, I'd pick Taxi only because it's a workplace sitcom, but the writing is more similar to Cheers.

There are shades of Cheers all over Wings, but it does stand on its own great two feet. ;)
