I don't think Jinny should have egged him on like she did BUT when he did go to shot her, she did the right thing b/c she would have been dead had she not...:)

I love Jinny to death, but...even though she did it by the book, I think it was definitely revenge. It just looked to me like she egged him on so he'd go for his gun and she could shoot him with a clear conscience.

It was ultimately self defense with an original intention of revenge.

I agree. I think she thought she could just go and arrest him, but when she saw him face to face, she HAD to say what she did. She had to tell him what scum he is. I mean, who wouldn't have in her position. Then it became a matter of self defense. For the record, I hope they clear her, only after a few good Jin/Cap moments, and Cap standing up for Jin moments.

I think she did do it by the book but she did egged him on but I must say he wouldn't do anyone any good being alive. 2 more seconds Jinny would be dead and if Raina wasn't quick enough she would be too.

My opinion is self defence

i think jinny sorta did it for revenge but more for self devense because he reached for his gun and if he didn't she wouldn't have shot him...not right that second anyways lol
