Jinny walked out out The Division. It was now almost midnight, she had had to work late that night. She always hated working late shifts. She was always so tired and worn out by the time work was over, but now it was worse because her car had a flat and she was to lazy to fix it and she had to walk home in the cold dark night. Most of the houses she walked by were completly dark- not even a porch light. But she finnally found a house with a light on inside, and she knew some one who lived there was loved..... someone was missed enough that someone else waited up for them. She knew that there would never be anyone waiting up for her. But the houses that were pitch black were the worst, where someone slept peacefully in the arms of their S.O.S (some one special lol).

lucky them- unlike her, they never worried about waking up in the middle of the night in a cold bed and know there was nothing in the darkness but more darkness and maybe some clothes scattered all over the floor.- to wake up and tightly hug your pillow because your praying that some how it will turn into Teddy (lol you KNEW i would put teddy in this!!;) ) and he'd wake up when she touched him, and he'd ask what was wrong and he'd hold you. Jinny knew Teddy cared about her, but she'd feel better if she knew he loved her. Then Jinny started to think about her best friend Magda. They didn't seem like best friends any more though because Magda was always with Gabe or Jonah,or some other guys she didn't know about. And whenever she needed her, she wasn't there. As Jinny finally walked up to her house she got out her keys and opened the door. Jinny sat by the window and stared out into the empty street. Every now and then a car would drive by, or park at the side of the street. She sang sad, depressing love songs in her head and thought about Teddy, whose love was actually the only light in her world, and without it her life would be nothing but sad, unpeacefull, silent darkness.

I volunteered to write the rest of this fic for Jenna. This is my first shot at writing Jinny/Teddy, but here goes. :)

Jinny sat alone in her apartment, thinking. Magda the slut had blown her off, as usual, and she felt very lonely. She thought about calling CD, but she knew that she and Nate had gone away for the weekend. Jinny sighed. 'Everybody has somebody but me,' she thought. On the spur of the moment, she picked up the phone and dialed Teddy's number. She let it ring a couple of times, but then got scared and hung up.

Teddy walked thought the door of his apartment to hear his phone ringing. He ran to it, but it stopped ringing before he could get to it. Teddy looked at the caller ID and remembered someone that he had never really forgotten. He dialed the number back, but no one answered.

Jinny heard a knock on her door. 'Who could that be at this time of night?' she thought, and went to answer it. She opened the door and stared at the man who faced her. Jinny's jaw dropped. Teddy's dark, soulful eyes stared back at her. "Teddy!" she said, trying not to sound too excited.

"I came to see if you were okay. I saw that you called me, but when I tried to call you back, you didn't answer.

"Oh, yeah, I...I was in the other room, and I didn't hear it in time..." Jinny lied.

"Okay...well, how are you? Can I come in?"

"Uh, sure! Sorry. And I'm fine, thanks, how have you been?"

"Good." They sat down on the sofa. "You and Magda solved any interesting cases lately?" he asked with a smile.

'Ugh. Magda. Please don't mention that name to me."

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did something happen between you two?"

"No, it's just that she hasn't had time for anyone, including her husband and kid, since she started cheating with this guy."

"Geez. That doesn't sound like a good situation."

"No kidding. Besides, it's really hard when your best friend doesn't care about you anymore," Jinny whispered. A tear rolled down her cheek.

Teddy gazed at her. He didn't know what to do, so he put an arm around her. "I'm your friend, Jin. I still care about you. I thought you knew that, after that last night we had together."

Jinny stared back at him. "I still care about you, too, Teddy." Teddy looked into the sad jade eyes and fell under their spell again. Jinny brought one hand up to place on his cheek. Their lips came closer and closer together until they met. They kissed for several minutes, until Jinny started to unbuttuon Teddy's shirt. Teddy pulled back from her and took her hands off his chest.

"Jin," he started.

Jinny looked a little hurt. "What?" she managed to whisper.

"I can't let us keep going on like this."

"Like what?"

"Like just having sex once in blue moon, and avoiding each other the rest of the time. I want more than that. I want more for both of us."

Jinny hung her head in disappointment. "Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm sorry."

"No, Jin, I should be the one to apologize. So I want to make up for it now." Jinny stared at him in surprise. Teddy took her hands in his. "Jinny, I love you, and I want you to be my wife."

Jinny still stared at him in shock. "OK," she simply stated.

"What? Really?!" Teddy exclaimed with a smile on his face.

"No, I love to make men suffer. Yes, I want to marry you, too!" she answered with a smirk, and kissed him again. "I love you, too, Teddy."
