Does anybody know if any other actors besides Richards, Dreyfus and Alexander were considered to play Kramer, Elaine and George?

Interesting question. I think George was originally going to be played by Eric Estrada. :(

I wonder if any of the actors cast in "The Pilot" were considered for any of the actual roles?
