I can't believe that I found this place again. I lost my old computer in a fire that destroyed my apartment last feb. I used to post as chicofan4ever, but I lost my password for that username, so I had to reregister. I am looking forward to posting more. I hope everyone is having a great New Year so far!:wave:

It is a joy to see those who have been absent back again. I am very happy to hear that you are safe from the apartment fire. It is devastating to have lost personal items in a fire but I am thankful that you got out ok and are safe and back with us!!!

That must have been so scary for you. Were you home at the time the fire started? How did the fire start?

I always disliked living in an apartment, because I was always afraid that another unit would somehow catch fire, and then move on to our unit. I felt uncomfortable knowing that no matter how careful I was, I was also relying on everyone else to be careful as well.

As we all know, mistakes happen, and if I am lucky enough not to cause a fire, statistically how lucky do we need to be to have everyone not make a mistake that could start a fire.

I am glad you are back and safe.
