How about we all send an email or even a letter to ABC and see if they will put it on DVD. The more emails they get the better the chances.

MJB12 01-18-2004, 05:51 PM Sending ABC emails will just irritate them. Besides, Buena Vista would own the DVD rights, NOT the network. The best way to do it is to go to www.tvshowsondvd.com and vote, but it's stilll to early for a broadcast network sitcom to receive a DVD release. That has worked for a lot. Emailing them CAN work though BowWowsBreezy 01-18-2004, 08:18 PM so thats how it works lol MJB12 01-18-2004, 10:37 PM the most important thing, though, is that abc doesn't own the release rights themselves. buena vista (actually, it would probably be touchstone television) produces the show, so they would probably be the right holders. i.e. three's company aired on ABC, but DLT had the rights, and then Anchor Bay licensed the show from DLT to put it on home video. |
