I have two questions, please, for anyone who may be able to help.

1. The tapes traded and sold here, are they copies from VCRs or legal commercial items? I ask because my planned use of the tapes I seek must respect copyright laws.

2. Whether VHS tapes or DVds, does anyone know where I may obtain selected commercial copies of Star Trek: Voyager shows that range form season 1 - season 7? I wish to know if such a source exists before I post the actual list in an effortt o not waste your time. The list is a specific selection of shows that fit my intended use.

I don't know if this specifically answers your question, but you can buy the DVD sets of Voyager episodes starting this February when the first set is released. The next 6 sets will be released throughout the year. Then of course these episodes would be legal, super good quality, and minus commercials, etc...

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions.

If you happen upon a source of commercial VHS or DV s prior to the Feb. release, kindly let me know.

I use them as supplementary teaching material that parallel my instruction topics. The selected shows I mentioned parallel in an astounding degree, right up to the historical information about personages, their conduct, motivations, and even personality traits. The shows make excellent critical thinking material for my students. The library where I place them insists self-made copies are unacceptable so legal copies must be used.
