There is an episode that deals with suicide, what episode is it? I think it is one of the first season ones or maybe one of the second season ones. A girl commits suicide for some reason, why does she commits suicide? Who was the actress who portrayed the girl who committed suicide. Is this an actual episode? Was this an actuall episode?

That episode is entitled "Breaking Point". It was not one of the first season girls that committed suicide. It was Guest star Denise Halma as Cynthia. She and Blair were running for president. Blair didn't like the fact that she lose and was vice president. Cynthia swallowed a bunch of pills and passed away hours later. Everyone was in a state of shock.

I think that that episode was one of the most powerful of all of "The Facts of Life" episodes because it brought this serious issue close to home. I don't know if this is the right reason but, Cynthia committed suicide because her father was going to Germany and was going to take her with him. She couldn't take that fact of having to move away from everything that she knew and loved so she took her own life because of the pressures she had. Blair should have known better than to pick on Cynthia and bad mouth her beacuse she won the election.

------------------
Blair: "Tuna Salad. Tuna, mayonaise and something crunchy. Name something cruchy."
Dina: "Diamonds!"

The story line in the episode was that her father wasn't taken her with him. The reason that was explained in the episode is that she killed herself because her parents were getting a divorce.

Tootie did a great job in that episode. There was another FOL episode, "On the Edge" i think... where Jo tries to convince a person in charge of the shelter to not commit suicide... Anyhow, that was a pretty good episode, as well.
