View Full Version : Funniest ep. Warm & Fuzzy 04-11-2001, 12:38 PM Which do you think is the funniest ep.? I think that it is The Summer Of 84. nancysbiggestfan 04-11-2001, 12:47 PM Which one is that? I forgot, I would proably remember it if you could tell me what it is about. I like the one where they tell what happened over there summer vacation. Jo plays the piano, Tootie and Nat fight with this little boy, and Bliar goes to Iowa with her boyfriend and she falls into the pig slop. That one was really funny. And the one where Tootie gets drunk. Blair: Where'd you get the beer Jo: I got the beer Warm & Fuzzy 04-11-2001, 01:02 PM The one you just described is Summer Of 84! callmetootie 04-11-2001, 01:04 PM I'd say that Shoplifting was my favorite episode. I just really liked it. ------------------ Andrew Carden Blair&Nat79-88 04-11-2001, 02:46 PM I would have to agree with everyone so far that The Summer of '84 is the funniest, but it ties with Take My Finals,Please, Golden Oldies,62 Pick-Up, and Doo Wah. And what about Dear Apple, with all the pranks played between Blair and Jo?? I love that one too!! I laugh so hard watching those ones that I end up crying and laughing at the same time. Nat:Who wants to be a skinny pencil? I'd rather be a happy magic marker! Blair:I don't care...I don't care if Fred and Ed have a verbal agreement with Mary's brother's doll! Jo: For all who wish me well, all the rest can go to.....Jersey! Graveyard 04-11-2001, 04:54 PM I'd have to say that "Come Back to the Truck Stop, Natalie Green, Natalie Green!" is one of the funniest episodes I've ever seen. Blair's walk is so funny. I was rolling on the floor laughing when I saw it for the first time. Although I haven't seen Summer of '84 (I've missed it every time!!!)So maybe I'll change my mind when I see that ep. ------------------ "Nat, Cool it! Nice girls don't throw trees!" Love The Facts Of Life 04-11-2001, 05:12 PM I think "Take My Finals Please" is the funniest episode. But there alot of funny eps. ------------------ *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Jo:I don't know you got to admit:Force has some good points. Blair:Jo's hoping to attend the Chuck Norris School Of Law Blair:If I don't spend money soon, well I'll just pull all my hair out. Jo:Good,we'll finally get to see what color the roots are. *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* God Bless Everyone email me @ jinnyandteddy4ever@yahoo.com JMPolniaczek15 04-11-2001, 08:41 PM I think that the funniest three I have seen so far are: Take my Finals, Please, Come Back to the TruckStop, Natalie Green, Natalie Green, and Love At First Byte. JoRoX4EvEr2411 04-11-2001, 09:35 PM i have to go with the people who said Summer of '84...that was very funny!! NancyFan 04-11-2001, 09:46 PM Come Back to the Truck Stop, etc etc. Blair&Nat79-88 04-11-2001, 09:57 PM I forgot one of my other fav's and someone already mentioned it too!! I absolutely LOVE Come Back to the Truck Stop Natalie Green, Natalie Green. I too roll on the floor laughing and singing along with Charro because I had to learn "Cuanto le gusta" years ago in H.S. for Spanish class......and the unforgettable line...That's believable- a truck stop, a schizo pilot, the woman in red,All I need now is for Charro to walk through the front door. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/cool.gif ------------------ Nat: Who wants to be a skinny pencil? I'd rather be a happy magic marker! Blair: I've just had another one of my....terrible ideas. Devon King 04-11-2001, 11:02 PM My votes for the funniest Facts... The Eastland years -- "The Four Musketeers" All the griping on the couch and two words: paint fight. Edna's Edibles Era -- "The Last Drive-In" and "Dear Apple" Over Our Heads -- "3, 2, 1" and "The Reunion" Cokies 04-12-2001, 12:36 AM Originally posted by Devon King: My votes for the funniest Facts... The Eastland years -- "The Four Musketeers" All the griping on the couch and two words: paint fight. Agreed on that one. The first time I saw that one, I was on the ground laughing my ass off. Classic. 'Growing Pains' was pretty darn funny too. Edna's Edibles Era: 'The Halloween Show' 'The Last Drive-In' ( another one agreed). Over Our Heads Era: 'Doo-Wah' ( the funniest or corniest?) . I sincerely don't know why 'Summer of 84' was that great, the only good part was when Chunk was in it... http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif ------------------ "It was just like Saturday Night Fever, only it was a Friday." Lynn 04-12-2001, 01:15 AM I agree - I would not count Summer of 84 as one of the funniest. Fun to see Chunk but the rest was rather dull. The only part I found funny was the last lines (Jo - I wasn't insulting Blair, I was.... insulting the pig). I think "Take My Finals, Please" is one of the funniest. I can't stop laughing when I see that episode. Others are "Golden Oldies", "3,2,1" and "Take my finals, Please" ------------------ Blair:Tell it to the frog.Go on, tell it to his face. You can't, can you.You know why?Because he doesn't have a face Tootie! Kill For FOL 05-23-2001, 07:34 PM Even though I don't care much for "It's lonely at the top", I thought that the statue of the naked man and the flowers were HALARIOUS!!!!!!! Madness 05-24-2001, 12:40 AM Seven Litle Indians. I can't believe nobody mentioned that one--at least I didn't see it. That's definitely the funniest to me. I also liked Doo-Wah a lot too. Blair706+Jorox 05-24-2001, 03:58 PM Definitely 'guess who's coming to dinner'! hch 06-07-2001, 08:32 PM I think the funniest episode(s), IMO, were: The Four Musketeers: Paint fight Summer of '84: Blair in a pig pen: priceless Love at First Byte: Computer dates from HELL Dear Apple: The way Blair got trashed when she walked in Mind your Own Business: Blair got skunked! Fast Food: Blair and Natalie working in a Mexican food joint Golden Oldies: Talk about the "Golden Girls"! The final scene where Rick sends a chicken-gram and Jo unmasks the chicken thinking that it's Rick but it is another guy. Natalie1969 03-12-2010, 11:30 AM Take my finals please is really funny as are Mind Your Own Business (season 3), Gossip (season 2), IQ (Season 1), The Four Musketeers (season 3), and Growing Pains (season 3). catlover79 08-26-2010, 12:46 PM I can't believe no one's mentioned the Halloween ep!! Sound of Silance - I love when Tootie turns up the raido and Nat says your just turning that up to drown me out. Guess who's coming to dinner- I love when the squirrl runs in the kitchen and Mrs Garretts guests all crawl on the table take my finales please 4musketeers Dear apple Crusin- this is my most favorite epsiode I think every part of this ep is funny. but my favorite part is when Tootie tells Blair to look at these guys in the car next to them and she looks over and the guys moon them. Tootie Drives- I just love it when she has to take her driving test in a hurse The truck stop ep Doo Wah Golden Oldies and I can't remember the name of the ep but it's the one where Jo has blonde hair and Blair gets green hair and the girls imagine themselves as a heavy metal band. catlover79 08-28-2010, 02:11 PM Doo Wah is the El DeBarge episode, right? JoPol_wannabe 08-28-2010, 06:44 PM I realized there was two episodes I forgot to mention The last drive-in- I love the part where Blair decks this girl that bullies her and Jo walks in and finds out Blair decked her and she says to Blair that's great I'm proud of ya. Another Part I like is when they put Blair in the trunk to sneak somebody in and they forget to let her out. The other episode is 7 little indians- I love it when Beverly Ann dies from poison and how she gets up clenchs her neck goes over to the paino plays it then heads over to the couch says Hi grandma then falls on the couch. I also like the part when they find Blair up in the girls room and her hair is all standing up and Bev goes she was moussed to death. catlover79 08-28-2010, 08:38 PM The Last Drive-In is a great episode, too. Jude The Obscure 08-29-2010, 10:52 PM Doo Wah is the El DeBarge episode, right?
