Hi guys,I decided to try and write a fan fic.Hope you like it.
Here it Goes .................


Magda Ramirez stumbled out of her bed and was six o'clock in
the morning and today was her last day at The Division.Gabe
had insisted they move to San Diego instead so Magda could
a better job up there.Magda decided that was the best thing
to do,but she would be leaving everyone else especially Jinny.

''Good Morning Ramirez .'' Kate said as she walked to her office.

''Morning'' Magda answered and went straight to her desk.
''Mag,is there something wrong.'' Jinny bellowed.
''
''No,I just need some time to myself'' Magda replied.
''Get real,with cap on your shoes 24/7 that isn't going to happen.''
''Hello ladies,Nate Basso purred as he went to get some coffee.''
''Ooh no!,he's at again!,Nate please Raina waved her hand back.
''Well with CD now gone,here's all yours.'' Jinny chuckled.
Magda let a small laugh and eyed her paperwork.
''That's not funny Exstead!'' Raina lashed out

''Anyways,you still have a shot.''

Ok here's a little house.
(Nate's Apartment later that night.)

Nate tossed and turned in his bed,he just couldn't seem to fall
asleep,he was only and he kept thinking about CD all night,
Raina just seemed to make things worse,Every time that
were assigned a new case she kept rambling and joking
about him and CD having sex on the job,he had mentioned
this Captain MCaffety,but Kate just told him to ignore her.,He
finally fell asleep at 12:20 am but little did he know he was
for a surprise.He was having a dream about CD.He dreamed
he was sitting a chair in his living room when she walked on
him he tried to speak to her but she would let him as she came
up to him,kissed him,unbuttoning his shirt.He motioned for
her to stop,but she kept going and was down on her knees
working her finger at his belt,she unbuckled it,loosed the button
on his pants and slid down his zipper.,she lowered his boxers before taking him in,But suddenly Nate woke up.
''Ah,man I got to get to bed early tomorrow night.'' he thought.

It was 1:15 am when John Exstead Sr.heard on a knock on
his door,thinking it was an intruder,he grabbed his gun.He
put it down when he looked out and saw that is was Jinny
''What are you doing here? he questioned in a demanding tone
''Dad look I know it's late but I couldn't sleep,so I came over.,
Jinny replied,There was a scowl on John Sr.'s face.
''Jinny it's after one in the morning!,you have to work tomorrow!''
''I'm not going to work,I've got to much on the mind.''
''Hey,what's wrong Jinny girl,this isn't like you.''
''Dad I haven't been the same since Casey came out and I had to
defend him,then with John Jr.'s death thing just got worse and
now of all things my partner is headed for San Diego.'
''Magda's leaving?,Why she is such a good inspector?''
''Well apparently Gabe as he talked her into having a better life.''
''What does he know?,He's been singing in bars and clubs?''
''I don't know but for some reason,Ramirez refuses to speak.''

(The Next Morning at The Division.)
Captain McCaffety walked in and hold a case folder in her hands,
''Ramirez in my office I've got a new case for you.''
This was all Magda wanted to hear,she had a million thoughts
racing in her mind and she still had boxes at home to pack.''
''Yes captian.''she answered in a tired voice,being up with Gabe
last night discussing the move was not a very good idea.''
'' Where's Exstead?''
''She called in,said she was up to coming to work this morning.''
''Oh that's just great,you have the case on the murder of 42 year
old Santiago Castillo who was killed in a drive-by shooting by the
''Los Hermanoes del Diablo'' gang headed by Bisente Gonzales,
a local gang banger and he's been involved in several shootings.''
'' Guess I'll have to work this out on my own.'' she thought.

Sorry guys,but I've been busy lately,but I got some time now,
and since I can't sleep,I'll post some more...
Later that afternoon Nate,Raina,Jinny and Magda all go to down
to Anchorside bar for lunch.They all go in,sit at a table and the
waitress hands them menus.After a few minutes she comes
to take their orders.
Raina:I have a cheeseburger,fries and a Sprite please.
Nate: Same thing,with a Coke please.
Jinny:The turkey club and a Diet Coke please.
Magda: Just some ice water for me please.
The waitress takes their menus and walks off.
Jinny :Mag what's wrong?
Magda:Nothing,what's makes you say that...
Jinny:It's lunch time hello,you didn't order any food..
Magda:I'm not hungry right now that's all.
Nate changes the subject
Nate:By the way Jinny,you don't show up for work,yet you
decide to join us for lunch..Don't tell me.You're pregnant right?!
Jinny:Shut your mouth Basso!
Magda:I guess it's your time of the month huh?
Jinny:Very funny guys..I just had to get away from dad for awhile.
Magda:Well you'd drag your butt to work tomorrow morning,
we've got a gang homicide again.
Jinny:Not again!!,that's the third time this week.
Nate:You know what they say ''Third times's a charm.''
Jinny:One more word from you,and I'll break both your arms!!
Raina:Woa!!,someone's got a temper today.
Jinny:Guys never mind let's eat and leave ok...

Later That Afternoon,Magda arrives home from work.
She calls for Ben who in his room.
''Ben!,I'm home.'' Magda called.Ben came into the living room
and gave her a hug.''Hi mom,I was doing homework in my room.''
''That's wonderful ''pappi she said .
'' Mom,do we have to move to San Diego he asked in a sad tone,
I don't want to move,all my friends are at school.''
''Oh I know she answered him,''But Daddy wants us too,besides
you'll make lots of new friends over at your new school.''
''But I don't want new friends he said,''I just want to stay here
San Francisco and you probably don't want another partner
besides Jinny.'' Magda frowned at the thought,Jinny was always
there for no matter what,Jinny was tough and did have a hot
temper,but there also a side to her that Magda liked,Jinny was
loyal and never revealed secrets to anyone.''
''Yes poppy,I'll miss Jinny too,but she will have a new partner
soon,So you work is like school,some people quit or some people
move away,and some new people come along,just like CD left,
and now we got a new partner Stacey.So we make new friends
too now matter where we go and or what we do in life.''
''Okay he said,and then he helped her pack up his stuff in a box.''

Awww, that was kind of sad. :( I feel bad for Ben. And I'm sad that CD is gone, here. Could she come back? :grineyes: Post more soon!
