There is pilot in development for CBS based on the life of sports reporter Tony Kornhiser, who is also the co host of the ESPN show Parden the Interuption. If picked up the show will debut this fall.

The show will focus on his professional life and his personal life. It will star Jason Alexander as the main character, and Maclom Jamul- Warner as his co anchor. So what you have his Parden the Interuption the sitcom staring Jason Alexander as Tony Kornhiser and Malcom Jamul- Warner as Michael Wilban.

I have seen PTI, and Jason Alexander or the real life George Costanza Larry David would be perfect to play Kornhiser. I am not that sure about Malcom Jamul-Warner playing Wilban.

I wonder who is going to play statboy?

It would be great if Jason and Malcom guest hosted PTI to promote the sitcom, but since it is on CBS not ABC there is no chance of that happening.

PTI is an awesome show and I don't miss it because the chemistry between the two hosts carries the show and please, give the former Cosby kid a break!! He is an excellent actor!!

I don't know what you mean by "Give the former Cosby show kid a break". I didn't say anything bad about him.

All I am saying is he does not resember Wilban's personality as much as Jason Alexander's George Costanza character resembles Cornhiser.

I just can't image Theo Huxtable yelling as much as Wilban yells. But am interesting to see this sitcom.
