Hey!!!
I was wondering how many people like dogs and how many people like cats. In my opinion, dogs are 100% better than cats. Cats are cute and everything when they are kittens, but they just aren't dogs. Dogs love you so much more than cats do. Dogs are loyal, happy, and sooo cute. I got my own dog about a year ago and I love her sooo much!!! (she is a wirehaired fox terrier)

CATS! dogs suck. they lick and hump everything. and they arent cute. cats are. :cat:

I love dogs better. My family doesn't have one anymore but we have two cats (a 13 year old cat and a kitten getting into its cat stages).

BOTH! :D But if I absolutely had to pick between them I would say cats because I have a cat. I wish I had a dog though.

I'm a cat person. Cats are just as loyal to their owners as dogs are, they just are usually more independent! At least, I know my cat is very attached to me. I only like small dogs - like toy poodles or ****zous (those are adorable dogs). I don't like large dogs at all - maybe because I was almost bit by one when I was a kid.

I heard several months ago that cats have now surpassed dogs as the most popular pet in the U.S.

HA HA! I wasn't able to post the name of the breed I was talking about! Well, I am sure you can figure out what's supposed to be in place of those ****!:D (Maybe I hadn't even spelled it right in the first place.)

Cats. Dogs are good too, just not as good.

Dogs. I never liked cats. Too aloof.
If I wanted to spend my time with a creature who tries to avoid me I would have never have broken up with my last girlfriend.

Well I dunno, it's hard to say.

Dogs are loyal, they act like they love you, (if you're not mean or cruel to 'em) they obey your commands, (if you teach them, and they're easier to teach than cats) and the majority of them act like htey like you petting them.

Cats are very funny to watch and watch them interact with other animals/new objects, it's funny to watch them play with strings, and sometimes when they go outside they open their mouth they leave it open for some reason, it looks hillarious.

Hard choice, but I say dogs.

I think cats are easier to take care of but I still like dogs better. If I ever do get a cat, it will definitely have to be declawed.

Shih Tzu dogs? The kind that are small & usually have long, wavy hair? My stepmom owns one. :)

For me....I prefer cats. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE my three cats sooooo much :biglove: One of them is mischevious, but the other two LOVE it when I give them attention. :cat: :biglove:

Dogs. My family has a 8 month old Chocolate lab. At sometimes, she is a pain, but she is really cute.

Dogs. I have a golden retriever called Cleo. She's a real sweety!

I like Dogs better, but Cats are really great too. I'd love to have a cat too- but my dog Lady would probably kill it- it takes Lady ages to get used to anything new, and she really hates cats. My Mum also hates cats. My granny has an old wooden shed she keeps old bikes and stuff in- the ceiling is falling in a little bit and these cats all lie in the gap of the roof- she feeds them milk and bread everyday. There aren't as many now, there used to be a little black and white kitten that looked so different from the other cats (the other cats were like hostile witches cats- and no, my granny doesn't practise witchcraft!). But when the cats lie in the roofspace, it's really dark and their eyes glow- it's scary, and there's no electricity in the shed!

Dogs though, are so friendly and they always seem to be more fun- but I guess you have to own a cat to know what they're like. But cats have this sleek, posh, strong yet weak attitude. I think cats need more taking care of- they run about and can climb really well.
