Most of my tapes are of the 24 minute (sans commercials) versions from Nick At Nite.
When Nick At Nite first started to show TPDS, they were only cut by a minute or two.
As time went on, they edited an additional 2 minutes out of the shows (all of thier shows) to make for a 22 minute running time without the commercials. I was glad to get the vast majority of the shows in the 24 minute versions before they did additional editing to show more commercials.
I also have 8 uncut shows with some original commercials (along with the original "The Patty Duke Show Is Brought to you by...")and the unaired pilot (with different actors playing Ross and Martin. It also takes place in San Francisco).
