View Full Version : The Three Stooges Poll
Adamantium 01-11-2004, 11:45 PM As a kid I always liked Curly the most, but since I'v aged (all the way to 22!) now I appreciate the comedy of Shemp. I also like Joe Besser, although I have a feeling I'm gonna get beat up for admitting that. But Shemp is my favorite stooge.

dandelion wine 01-12-2004, 01:39 AM I'm a girl and I've always heard that it's rare for us to be able to enjoy these guys, but I think they're funny. Anyway, I voted for the movies and cartoons.
Sterling Holobyte 01-12-2004, 02:05 AM The Stooges were definitely at their best with Curly!
Although I do like Shemp too!

Eddie Haskell 01-13-2004, 04:06 AM The Stooges without Curly is like the Red Sox without 85 years of misery.
Brian Damage 01-14-2004, 12:49 PM Curly was so overrated because he was a part of the original team. I like Shemp the best.
Larry Moe and Curly - for the sole reason that my grandmother met all three of them and we still have the autographed picture in which Curly misspelled "sincerely" :)

I agree, but I also agree with Captain Juke N Jive, Shemp did have his moments. When they were working in the dry cleaners, and they were trying to figure out what the initials T.H. meant in one of the jackets, and Shemp answers "Thomas Hedison". I still laugh at that!!
