That's Charles Durning. And he is holding a Golden Globe Award. Could be from Evening Shade. To me, it looks like the Golden Girls were presenters at The Golden Globes and are posing with the winner.

I assumed it was from an awards show, but I didn't recognize him from any episode... although he looks a bit like the guy from WKRP who got the boil on his butt! :)
