I found George pretty annoying at times.

It`s wierd how everyone picked Archie. I wonder who would win this poll over at The Jeffersons board....

Archie was a better character, had more depth. George was a caricature. Archie hated equally - George only seemed to hate "whitey".

AITF had better characters because it begat: The Jeffersons, Gloria, and Maude which begat Good Times. The Jeffersons begat zilch.

Give me an AITF marathon any day I'll be there - The Jeffersons marathon will have me turning the channels.

My favorite characters on the show were Edith and Irene Lorenzo. But I must admit, Archie really knew how to shake things up.
