Hi everybody, I'm new here. :wave: I've been posting on The Dick Van Dyke Show board recently and soon after I found this board. I've been reading some of the posts here (both new and old) and there seems to be a lot of nice, fun people here with a lot of intersting things to say about the show. Unfortunately, I only started watching "Mary" over the summer until TVLand took it off!! So I don't know too much TMTMS trivia. I missed it so much I bought the first season on DVD and love it! It has become one of my favorite shows along with The Dick Van Dyke Show and I Love Lucy.

I know this post doesn't really have much to do with TMTMS, but it looks like this board has been pretty dead for a while so I decided to introduce myself!

Hi, Kurt and welcome. You've hit the nail on the head. Nothing kills a show's message board like yanking it off the schedule.

Some of us (like me) were fortunate enough to have seen MTM since it originally aired in Sept. 1970. Others are "born agains" who discovered the show some time later. In any event, all are welcome and we anticipate the day when:

A. MTM returns to some channel -- ANY channel!

[and/or]

B. Seasons 2-7 are released on DVD. :help

Yes, :welcome: Kurt! I know it looks kinda dead right now, but as TV Gen said, the show isn't airing anywhere. But we are a friendly group here. We always love to see new faces around here! Please feel free to post more!

Thanks everyone for all the welcomes to the board! As TV Gen and Kristen said, this board is dead because the show isn't airing. Hopefully some station...ANY station will pick up the show soon!

I know I'm not alone when I say this... I miss Maryand Mary! :(
