Hi!
I have found out something. Apparently the closed-captioning of the Here's Lucy DVDs is not up to Paul Brownstein! Shout Factory is the company in control of the closed-captioning.
I thank everyone who has sent Paul an email and hope they will consider sending a quick email to: info@shoutfactory.com
I had no idea that Paul Brownstein was not in charge of this as the people working on the dvds neglected to tell me this when I contacted them.
I hope you will take a second and email them. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your support!
If everyone on this board sent an email to info@shoutfactory.com that would be great!
Closed-captioning allows the hearing impaired and deaf to enjoy dvds and videos. It also benefits the hearing as well. It is convenient in noisy environments or in situations when having the audio on mute is required. It also helps when the person talking on screen is hard to understand.
Please email Shout Factory at: info@shoutfactory.com
Many people will be grateful!
Thank you,
-Patrick :)
