Just got back from the gym, I had never even set foot in a gym... UNTIL today!!

I loved it - it was great, my mate came with me so it was all fine, i am really pleased and it seems that this new years resolution of mine might actually come true for once ;)

The gym...is now what I envision hell as...

Grr...I've been going for about two months...I took a break after field hockey season and now it's back to work...it kills me to go...

But I do! B/C they have the fun lil swiper thingies ;)

I love the gym, but me playing hockey every day doesnt give enough time to go...so I havent been for a couple weeks (or since hockey started)

I applaud you. I think that's one of the bravest things anyone can do. I still can't muster enough energy to even set foot in one (thank god for me my dad just bought a treadmill).

Thank you. It did take some courage. I am not bad in shape i just thought it was best to get fitter and when he comes we help each other out on the weights so its all great. Plus I am really enjoying going.:) Good luck with your treadmill.;)

Ooooo! We have a treadmill, too! But, it's too big to fit in my current house. :( Fortunately (I mentioned this in another thread), there's a gym just down the street from where I live, so I can go there in the spring. :)
