To me, Val was not as crazy as everyone thinks she is. Shw was very sweet. When she lost those babies, that was a rough time. When she hit her head, that was a rough time,especially for Gary.

I agree. He's not really good looking but he has charisma. I think that he's very cool!:cool:

Without Abby it just wouldn't have been as exciting. You just never knew

I've only watched the first season DVD. I was just born when the show premiered, and about 14 when it left the airwaves. :lol: I wasn't allowed to watch when it was first on.

My faves? So far - Gary, Valene, Karen and Sid.

I think these would be my favorites as well. Is Knots Landing out on DVD? I haven't seen it in FOREVER! Funny how I kind of got hooked on it. I had this ritual way before I met my husband (in other words when I was lonely! :( ), where I would watch the 10pm news, then "All in the Family" and right after that they would show Knots Landing. At first I just watched and then would have to wait till the next night to see what happened. Then they added a second episode, so I could watch two in a row. Finally they added a third one, so basically they could run through a season a week! Pretty cool! Too bad these days you have to have Soapnet to watch them! :mad:

Karen is my favorite followed closely by Mack.

But I really liked to "hate on" Abby and Greg. They were played deliciously by Donna Mills and William Devane.

Abby!!! She made the show fun with all her drama and antics !!!!

And Karen, because she was such a nice person!!
