Did everyone see the photo gallery pictures of HotC on this site? Most I've seen before but there are some new ones. Way cool!:woohoo:

A lot of them came from this message board that were uploaded as attachments, I just sorted through them and then put them in the gallery. If anybody would like to be credited for any of them or would like them removed, please contact me. Thanks.

WOW! There is a ton of HOTC pics that I've never seen before either! I didn't even know some of them were from this board either lol. All the pics are SO cool! :D

No, the press kit I saw on eBay a few years ago.

I'm not sure who Kim Webster is, I will have to delete it.

How to put this nicely...I'm a bit...taken aback...as it looks like some of those pictures came directly from my site. I expressly asked on my site that pictures not be taken without at least a courtesy note. No, I do not own the rights to those pictures. But I and several of my contributors worked hard on getting those scans up. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what it looks like.

I'm mainly upset about the autographed pic from Joher Coleman, as I was under the assumption that he personalized this for me and my site. Again, I could be wrong.

All things considered...I'm thinking it might be high time I took my site down completely, as HOTC Shrine has apparently become irrelevant...outdated...obsolete.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the Dynamite cover on this very board came from my site too.

Most of the photos were posted here on the message boards as attachments, some also came from classictvhits.com - if you send me the links to the photos you are referring to I will gladly remove them or credit your site for them. I did not save any photos from your site except for maybe the Dynamite cover, but I've been using that photo for several years now.

The main one I'm bothered by is the one he "signed." I was under the impression he did that specifically for me, but I'll have to ask him.

Oh gosh dont take your site down Crapple. We need HOTC to live on!! Your site was the frist I saw when I looked up HOTC on the web:(

My shrine was the first HOTC shrine on the web--it's been up for four or five years--but there are other folks out there now who seem to have far more time, energy and passion for the show than I have at this point.

Aww I agree, definately don't take down your HOTC site, I LOVE it and its one of the best!! We definately need to keep HOTC alive hehe! :happyface

I've done a little research and I'm positive some of those came directly from my site. How do I know? hc18.jpg has identical signs of wear to the one that was emailed to me. On other pics, I know they were from my site because I had to do a lot of cropping, color adjustment, contrast, etc. on pics that were sent to me by fans. The black and white solo headshots from the first season were sent to me in groups of four. That is, a page with four headshots on it. (Apparently, that's how they were sold.) I cropped each individual headshot out and cleaned it up myself. So unless someone named Kerry who lives in Milwaukee posts here, those shots are from my site.

The only difference I can see is that the pics in your gallery are smaller than mine.

I'll tell you what...can I take the pics in that gallery that I don't have and put them on my site?

All I can say is that they either came from the classictvhits.com HOTC photo gallery or they were uploaded here on the board as attachments by somebody. I am not that familiar with "The Shrine" and didn't know where they came from, I certainly wouldn't have uploaded them had I known they came from your site and was familiar with your policy. I did remove the Joher autogrpahed photo which somebody had uploaded to the message board at one time.

Isn't warsawdreams Kerry from Milwaukee, or am I thinking of somebody else? I know there is atleast one HOTC fan here from Wisconsin.

It's okay. It's not like I own any of the rights to the pictures or anything. I'm just slightly irritated because I put hours of work into those things, as did Kerry, who scanned many of them. I hope you understand.

I don't think I'll take any of those pics for my own use--that would be pretty redundant--but I have provided a link to your gallery from my site.

I think I'll eventually have enough exclusive content over there that all this won't matter in the long run. At least that's my goal.

Just so you know that I'm not lying about it, you can see the classictvhits.com photo gallery - that's where atleast 20 of the photos came from. I didn't rename them or resize them - you can see he has them as hc01, hc02, etc.

I'm sorry for causing any problems with you, I can understand why you are slightly irritated. I did offer to remove them though and my offer still stands that you can use any of the others that were uploaded.

classic tv hits must have taken them from Crapple because those are almost all of my photos. But you can keep my pics up, if you want. I like sharing Head of the Class! peacesign: Is everybody happy?
