Well boys and girls I've evaded it until now. I have the flu.

I've tried to keep the tapes going today while I'm incapaciated on the chair but it's not working well.

Just wanted to let anyone know that if you are expecting tapes from me I may be backed up a couple of days now because of this. Sorry about that :(

Matt, your tapes were mailed Friday so they are on their way.

I've got a full blown case of the flu. I feel horrible. I haven't eaten since yesterday and I can't hardly drag myself off the couch.

theres only one way to get rid of a bad case of the flu REST
i found that out not long ago i tried everything too shake it but in the end i just had too ride it out

well other than sporadically checking my mai the last couple of days I haen't been online at all.

I went to the doctor yesterday and spent the evening as an outpatient getting IV fluids because I am dehydrated. I feel horrible. :(

Thanks for everyones thoughts. I hope I am back into the swing of things by the weekend, I have too much going on to be sick!

Sorry I didn't check earlier, don't worry about sending the 8 simple rule tapes out right away first get better then you can. Any emails from me just disregard them. Hope you feel better soon.

It's okay, I'm beginning to feel better. I still am not able to eat much and I'm REaLLY weak but I think I'm over the worst part of it.

I should be able to start back to taping and into the groove by Wednesday or Thursday. I'm very far behind now so I'll appreciate everyone's patience.
