I always thought "The Pink Panther" was really boring.

It is a 6 episode long anime and it is really perverted and hard to understand.

Spongebob Squarepants...can't stand it. Nothing against the fans that enjoy it, I just don't.

There were some really bad Saturday morning cartoons in the 70's.

"Plasticman" was one of the worst.

What's wrong with Recess?

The filthy stinkin' Wuzzles. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. So gross, so awful, & yet, so annoying. Especially that yellow-eyed, skinny-armed, fat-legged, pink-spotted redneck Croc. I hope to God some toon would just kill this awful & ugly freak.

Lilo and Stitch the Series- Really annoying, obvious morals!
The Proud Family- I find it racist.
Invader Zim- gross!
Kim Possible- She has friggin mustache!
Dora the Explorer- How lame can you get!

me niether, the drawings look like something a 6 year old kid can do, and it just flat our is corny...I have no clue how it got so big...the 80's had the best cartoons...

It never ceases to amaze me how, once you post a question like ''which cartoon was the worst?'', how nasty some folks will get regarding their choices, or other's choices. And no one ever gives a valid reason for their dislike of said cartoons, other than the preresequite "It Sucks".

Now, having written the above, I will tell you my choice for the "worst cartoon of all time" (when in Rome, etc.), and belive me, there's a HUGE laundry list of candidates to choose from( "The Get-Along Gang" and anything produced by DIC immediately spring to mind), but my all-time choice would have to be...

"Sport Billy".

Never heard of it, you say? Consider yourself lucky, indeed. Produced by a low-budget Filmation studios during what was obviously a creative slump (they would rebound with "He-Man" a couple of years later), "Sport Billy" was the story of a boy named Billy who was picked by the Greek Gods as the embodiment of sportsmanship. This cartoon was prepared to be broadcast during the 1980 Olympics, but since the USA didn't participate in the summer games that year, this show was put on the shelf.

But not for long, unfortunately. The USA Network showed this travesty during the early days of the fondly-remembered "USA Cartoon Express", where I had the misfortune to view it on a couple of ocasions (a part of my life I'll never get back!!)

"Fat Albert", at its preachiest, was a better cartoon than "Sport Billy", whose lame villans and even lamer storylines stunk up the airways (hell, "Bucky and Pepito" was a better cartoon than "Sport Billy"!!!) It was yet another one of those cartoon shows that was supposed to be "educational" and "socially relevant" (ptui!)...stuff most self-respecting kids of my era would've run far away from!

So, in conclusion,
"Sport Billy" SUCKS!!!!

But that;s just me...;)

- Smufs
- Maxie's World (replaced JEM and was awful, far too preachy)
- Super Mario Bros
- Calamity Jane
- Pokemon and Digimon (an insult to Anime)

"the get along gang" was also a lame cartoon.

...What they did to Mighty Mouse & Heckle and Jeckle & Tom and Jerry is UNFORGIVABLE!!!! (though those two series were STILL better than *yuck* "The Get-Along Gang"...)

Having children of my own have made me an expert in this topic (almost). The worst are:" Rocket Power', 'Kim Possible', 'Calliou', 'Jay-jay", 'Baby looney tunes' among many others
I find 'Spongebob', 'Recess', 'Jem' , 'Pink Panther' and My life as a teenage robot'; average

about 10 years ago i was watching that show and at one part one of them was chewing off his own skin and putting it in some machine or something, i think.. but i found that to be really disturbing and i've avoided watching that show since.

and there was another show on cartoon network a few years ago called "what a cartoon" and it had an episode in which a guy was slicing carrots and he started daydreaming about something, then he snapped back to reality and realized he was slicing his finger. and there was another one where some dog was playing an instrument in front of an audience and some really little guy came up and started eating him. yeah.. both of those were really disturbing

I think the name of it is Futurama! :)

Red? I always thought she chose orange and brown. Either way, if you can look past Stephen Silver's habit of using the "half-lipstick look" on every female character, I guess you can enjoy the show. Incidentally, do you know where I saw that artisitic style first? Garfield. Jim Davis used to draw Liz the Vet that way in the daily strips.

Most of today's cartoons suck. That's why I stopped watching Nickelodeon and Cartoon Netwrok

cat dog- really weird and not funny

lilo and stitch- as much as i like the little girl who voices lilo i think it is a stupid show

kim possible- i cant stand christy romanos voice but the show can be funny occasionally

king of the hill- just plain not funny

and also all those other disney shows like recess except the little mermaid-shes cool;)

No, dude(tte), the 70s and earlier.

Krofft..(or does that not count), Josie and the Pussycats..Scooby, Jetsons,Bugs,Rocky (though I find myself quietly AGREEING with some of the net suits that were ticked off by sokme of the episodes),Pink Panther, Gumby (or again does that violate toon definition).

80s set in stone ANIMANICS, DORA and other goody goody shows (I won;t mention violence censoring or stuff since the networks did that not the studios largely).

The worst shows were the toy-pushing ones in the 80s and 90s.
Some stuff that MIGHT be almost for kitsch laughs is Strawberry Shortcake, comparing that to the then-30 year old hit by Eisenhower-era chantuese Patti (DOGGIE IN THE WINDOW) Page, MOCKMING BIRD HILL, actually a 1951 cover of a then popular hit by the great electric guitarist Les Paul. STRAWBERRY does almost have uninentionally gunny and trippy hippy moments some years too late and it's not maybe that surprising that 1960s veterans Howard Kaylan and Marc Volman of the Turtle, of SO HAPPY TOGTHER fame in 1967, alias respectively, Flo and Eddie, appear on the SHORTCAKE toons.

MY LITTLE PONY is ONLY notable as having a teenage girl, older than the target, a ponytailed blonde name of Megan, with a younger sis Molly (ironically the nerds in rappers Method Man and Redman';s 2001 HOW HIGH) and older brother Danny,added for the equally lame movie and TV show--most cute shows like this have a "Shortcake"-like girl, not a teen girl even though females NVEER outgrow their equine love.

Still for me as a guy, i just was not their target.

Action shows were even worse, and I am happy to say that the sadly deceased Jackson Beck was not as well known for his GI JOE narration for for quality work like POPEYE's* supporting cast and the title characters in SUPERMAN theatricals (Fleischer/Paramount) and Leonardo TV-TTV's KING LEONARDO AND HIS SHORT SUBJECTS.

RIP Mr.Beck

*POPEYE was Jack Mercer, who already died 20 years ago c.1984.

I dont have a fond memory of watching cartoons when i was growing up, but i can say one cartoon right off the top of my head that i dislike....

I cant stand Scooby Doo. I havent even watched one whole episode b/c i couldnt sit through it. I have no idea why, i just cant. Even when they showed the Scooby Doo movie on the plane i forced myself to sleep.


On the flip side, Ren and Stimpy is awesome. So is Cartoon Sushi, but i dont think they showed too many of those.

I have more cartoons:

Fairly odd parents: It's on Nickalodeon and it's all goodie goodie kid against baddy baddy girl.

Xiaolin Showdown: Almost as bad as the one above. Every thing ecxept the shen gung wu has been done before! Only one joke in the series that i found funny is one that I forgot.

Ozzy and Drix: Oh My Jesus can you get anymore lamer than this?! A show for every body it maybe but definatly not a show for everybody[get the picture? no? You'll get it later] a white blood cell with his partner a cold flu pill won't turn my frown upsidedown on a rainy day while they fight bad germs inside Hector

Dexter's laboritry: Horrible main character, horrible nemesis sidekick and horrible lifespan. The worst thing about it that some of the one-time charathers mimic off other celebs and movie characters. for example: Proffesor Hawk is a cheap and horrible example of Stephan Hawking. In fact they miss the computerised voice scenario is quite sad, claimming Hawk wanted to be and sound like a robot, while The real Stephan was only OFFERED a mechanism like that AFTER a voice-taking surgery. Another example? Dexter's piano teacher; a midget remake of John Lennon. Finally a horrible characther taking over Dr. no's role, only with flash photogarphy. The show has some really stupid gags that make no sense like everyone except Dexter going up the treehouse.

Beyblade: Used to be a cool show: But the G-Revolution change made it crap

Yu-Gi-Oh: same as Beyblade. Used to be a real authentic and thrilling show. Now? just a bunch crap!

Digimon: a ripe avucado of pissing off Pokemon which not popular now, one of the best cartoons ever! Even the Name was a bust!

Ultimate Muscle: Ridiculous show even more than WWE, espacially the entrance music. Wrestlers from around the world would be acceptable, but from outer sapce? Oh for the love of sake it's also the fact it seems like Mixed magic and martial arts, not wrestling!

And Why Cramp Twins? Simple: It seems like some of the characters have skin cancer. Example Blufaces, green hands, etc.

digimon isnt a rip off of pokemon , digimon came first but pokemon made it to america first.

and i would of listed "Teacher's Pet" but once i caught an episode, it was pretty good! but i dont like the character designs

Yeah, as far as animes go Fooly Cooly is pretty awful, it litterally emptied the main movie room when it premiered at Anime North a few years ago , but, Hack Sign and Patlabor may be even worse...still, the Q is worst cartoon of ALL time...I disrespectfully submit " Rocket Robin Hood" Badly drawn, badly written and animated, the was a waste of perfectly good animation cels!! :lol:
