I don't know what the name of this song is but it is playing on my local station in Seymour Tennessee when they flashback to 2003:

It sounds like a 1970's song(not disco at all!!) It's only played with a guitar!!

I remember on AI2 they had a Billy Joel night. Anyways, Carmen sang 'And So It Goes'. Probably not the one you're talking about though...:o
