u go to user cp in the upper right hand corner......u go to edit options........at the bottom of the page it says change avatar...click it......scroll down to the bottom and it will say "upload an avatar from your computer"...click "browse" and click on an image u have on your computer and click open......then click submit modifications.....and it should work, but remember the image has to be 152x152 or else it would say its too large...then would need to edit the pic u have by using a photo editor or something. I hope that helps, if not, then someone else on the board will help u.:D :D
