Usually when a particular show becomes popular, other networks try and copy the formula of that show. Does anybody know of any Seinfeld knockoffs?

I don't know of any off the top of my head.

The most blatant example I can think of is when Unhappily Ever After attemtped to copy Married With Children to a tee. But none as far as Seinfeld is concerned.

There was that show that NBC was touting as the next Seinfeld about some folks in LA. I think it was called 'Its Like You Know' or something that seemed to be trying to imitate Seinfeld.

Is that the one with that chick from Dirty Dancing? I forget her name at the moment.

Watched a Brit show last night called Coupling (http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/coupling/). It kind of a Friends/Seinfeld combo BBC style.
Heard it was funny, didn't see enough to judge though. Seemed a bit contrived but I'll check it again given the chance.

NBC tried Americanizing it and it was one of the biggest bombs of the season
