I guess that is fair. Both had a very good season.

MARVIN HARRISON IS REALLY THE MVP ON THAT TEAM. IF THEY HAVE TO SAY " YOU TWO SHARE THIS" THEN THERE IS NO CLEAR CUT WINNER.

I think it is neat myself too to share the award!!

DERRICK MASON IS THE MVP ON TENNESEE TOO!

In my opinion Manning is the MVP.

Jamal Lewis is close, and Ray Lewis should count the moments until he is finally linked to the homicide he commited.
