THe Curly Hairstyle Gloria had was THE WORST

I love her long straight hair especially the episode when Mike and Gloria took the Jefferson house next door to live in. It was very long and straight. I hated those Shirley Temple curls on her.

Gloria was known for her beauty and that's it. Her looks was the only thing she had going for her.

I like the ep where they do the flashback of when Mike and Gloria first meet, and he insults her hair. Then she gets back at him. "Your hair is....interesting too. Does it take long to comb? :rolleyes:

I liked her seasons 3-5 hair best. It wasn't too long. The really long hair made her look too much like Marcia Brady.

Straight, but not super long. It looked best a little below her shoulders and layered.

My favorite Gloria look was the long hair pinned back with barrettes, tight tan jeans and tucked in button blouse. The episode where Gloria and Mike made up stories about their evening out: "Munch mouth! Five trips to the candy counter!" is the one that comes to mind.

Not sure if that's the ep where Gloria sings "Making Whoopee" with Mike sitting in Archie's chair and she's grinding away to Mike's surprise and discomfort.

Long and straight to me sounds great!

I loved Gloria's long straight hair. She looked so hot and sexy.

The more mature she became, the straighter her hair was..I say straight too!

I'm glad to read all the long straight responses. Even though this poll was about a TV character, its great to hear because my hair is blond, and stick straight. I fought a losing battle with it in the 80s now I just let it do as it wishes. Its healthy, shiney and straight as a board. Its good to get any encouragement for that natural look

I wanted to mention that when Gloria still had her curly style, Mike made a mention that he would like her to go with longer and straighter hair. So I wonder if Sally already planned to do that, and if Rob knew about it -- or maybe influenced her decision?
