Hi, at work me and a couple of co-workers were talking about video game TV shows. I brought up a TV game show where kids got to compete for a chance to go through this maze and collect video games, for there prize. I think that it took place in the late 80's or early 90's. It wasn't Starcade. Could you please tell me what show it may be?

For some reason, I keep thinking of Funhouse, even tho I was quite young when this was on (and I watched Double Dare more).

I remember the show, and remember they showed cartoon shorts featuring video game characters, like that tomato guy. Something like Video Action....shoot...It'll come to me in the middle of the night

Are you talking about Nickelodeon Arcade?

Nope, not Nick Arcade. I think it had "Power" in the name, like "Video Power" or something. The kids would have velcro suits in the maze game, so the video cartridges themselves would cling to them. The more they got, the more they could win. I remember wishing I could be on the show.

Now that you mention that, it sounds vaguely familiar. Do you also remember what network it was on?

Yep, that was it. The name of the show was "Video Power" :) At first it was a game show but then it was turned into a cartoon.
