I was just on ebay and there are several items from HOTC for sale. One is a male press photo of all Eric, Alan, Dennis, Arvid and Jawarhalal. The other items are a tv guide and a Brian Robbins signed script. I wasn't sure how to link the website to this message. You can just do a search on Ebay. The press photo item will end in about 17hrs.

I tried searching for said photo and couldn't find it.:(

To do a link:

I just looked at ebay again and the auction for the photo has ended that is probably why it didn't come up. Sorry that you missed it. Maybe they will try and sell it again.

For Christmas, my mom bought me a Head of the Class script signed by Dan Frischman on E-bay and the seller threw in an autograph of William Schilling. I thought that was nice.

and customerservice@wb.com for HOTC on tape/DVD (since Warners produced and distributed the show when it originally aired).

That's what I've been doing. They don't really give any answers, but it's a start in terms of letting these people know that we want to be heard. By bombarding their boxes with messages, I feel they'll get fed up, and have to take some kind of action!

I know how you feel about it. I went with Ma to Borders Sunday (it was her b-day), and I browsed through the tape/DVD section and was surprised at the numerous TV shows that were available...yet disappointed that HOTC had nothing for it. That's why I'm taking action in any way I can.

Well, I just e-mailed them both. Here's hoping!

Thanks so much for the info Dee, I'll definately help out in emailing them too, as I'd LOVE to see HOTC get put on dvd too. It should have been a long time ago lol, hopefully they'll get the hint and put it on dvd soon! :D

I am broke as a joke right now, and am debating whether I can afford to bid on that script. I just got my first check today (as a permanent, no longer a temp), and it is SMAAAAAAAALLL. When I temped, I got paid on a weekly basis. Now that I'm perm, I have to learn how to stretch a dollar for two weeks. My check is small because I became perm near the end of a pay week, and I know that future checks will be better, but still...I want that script!

I do see that people are starting to watch the items I have on sale, and maybe if they bid, it'll make up for that loss.

I bid on it, because I have to have it. I checked my budget and I'll be okay.

Having a really rough day at work (there's this chick who cannot stand me, because I carry myself a certain way and am scrawny, and she makes obscene comments about me "thinking I'm all that because I'm thin and high yellow," and also because I cannot concentrate and I keep screwing up today), and winning this script will make me feel so good.

Ooh...cannot wait until I'm in grad school getting my MFA so I'll never have to deal with stupid-acting immature people in menial jobs ever again!

Glad you bid on that script- I have a few of those and they're fun to read because you get to see the episode the way it was originally written- before it went into editing!

And more good news...my movie is finally having a premiere this Saturday (the rough cut version). I can't wait!

Cool! Glad you won the script Dee, and glad that you did have enough money to buy it afterall! :D Let us know when you get it, and what its like! I've never gotten a script or anything like that before, but it sounds really cool! That really sucks about your job tho. I know how ya feel, there's always got to be those stupid jerks in every place and job who make life hell for others. What comes around goes around tho, so they'll get it back at them someday and know how it feels lol. Wait for them to screw up and when they have a bad day, then you can do it back to them and see how they like it hehe. Anyway hope it gets better hang in there. Kerry - glad to hear that you had a good vacation! What was it like?

It was just a weekend getaway sort of thing. My husband owns a classic car so he brought that up for a car show while I bummed around and shopped!

As for the movie...yep. He originally wanted to premiere it back home for him (in Long Island), but I don't think that's happening. I'm just glad to finally see a version of it. He'll have copies to distribute soon.

As for work, people screw up all the time, and we have to correct our mistakes. No problem with that, it's just that it seemed like everything I did that day had mistakes. I was really tired and couldn't concentrate that day (really not unlike any other day).

That chick is just a bully. She is extremely overweight, sloppy (she wears the same J-Lo -type sweatsuit every day), uses Ebonics and is just tactless. My first week there she was gossiping to some other woman (the latter was recently fired, I heard) about how I "must be half-white, because she comes to work all dressed up and talks nicely. Ain't no way I'm gettin' all dressed up to come to work!", called me "stupid" (because I punch out when I'm scheduled to, as opposed to 5 minutes early like they do). There's this one woman there who's a little spacy, and they had their takeout orders mixed up. The bully was literally talking about "I'mma get my dollar back! Ain't no way b**** gonna get away with my dollar!" And today, there's this new woman, older, who works there, and the poor lady doesn't smell too great (I hate to say it, but it's true). And of course, "Loudmouth" is gonna be all like "Ugh!!! She stank! Why ain't no one tell her that? They afraid! I can't be workin' with a woman that smell like cat piss!" (Mind you, the poor woman is not far out of earshot.) When anyone calls my name, her head is all in my cubicle, as if it's her business. One day (this passing Friday), I called her on her mess, by calling her "nosy." She had the nerve to get all indignant and tell anyone who'd listen that I'll "get what's comin', one day." Whatever.

She's all about drama, which is sad. I never had a problem with her until she started saying horrible things about me, about my weight (because I'm thinner than her), etc. I go to my desk, work, and leave. I am not about the gossip...because I don't care. And if I hear her again talking about that poor lady, I'll gladly say "I don't hear you doing anything about it." She already has a problem with me, anyway...what's more?

It just disturbs me that black women like her keep perpetuating negative stereotypes about our race...ugh.

Back on topic (work kills me sometimes!)...I cannot wait for that script and will definitely tell you all about it! And Kerry, glad you enjoyed your mini-getaway!

Yeah, the jacket actually arrived hours after I posted that. It's great! I had to air it out a bit (smelled like it had been hanging in an antique store!) But I tried it on and I felt so cool in it! I can't believe it was actually worn by somebody on the set! Now if I could just get a cast member's jacket...
