Some women gain weight due to their body changing, due to pregnancy and childbirth, due to medical problems including Thyroid disease. You don't just gain weight from eating.

Satire shows and comedy shows like South Park and In Living Color make fun of her weight and the charity she used to sponsor to help feed underprivlege children!!

Yeah, so what's your point? That it's OK to pick people apart because they have gained weight? Newsflash....It's NOT. She's still a good person who has never been involved in salacious activities or drugs or the usual Hollywood nonsense. Ever see South Park where they make her out to be Jabba the Hut?

I did see Rob Reiner recently and that he has lost weight. He looked thinner. I wonder if they will appear on the tvland awards.

Apparently you haven't read too many things today.

I didn't think Sally looked well at last year's TV Land Awards. It was more than her weight. She looked bloated....possibly from illness or medication. I recall being concerned for her health.

This season, she plays Bill's mother on Still Standing, and she looks a lot better. She's thinner and looks healthy.

For goodness sake, does every women that appears on televison have to look like Pam Anderson or the chicks on "Friends" and be in a bikini? This one of the reasons why we have the crappy television we have, because someone has put it in our minds that all women must look thin as a rail, and starving themselves. There are alot of men on television whose looks could use a little tune up too. Personally I would rather see a woman with Sally Struthers talent back on air, and get rid of some of these other bubble headed chicks.

Right on! I like to see some meat on people. Not overweight, but healthy. I don't think Pam Anderson's fake boobs are attractive at all. Just horrible. Especially because that lollilop head and skinny body. :(
