I think it's safe to say one of the biggest pet peeves a lot of us have about "I Love Lucy"'s DVD collections is the fact that Columba House switched the case style in the middle of their first season, and now the fact that Paramount is going to do the same for the second season.

I'm starting to buy the Paramount releases starting with season two since it will be five of the "ThinPak" cases packaged in a slipcase but I'd like the Columbia House ones I already have for season 1 to all match, or at least take up less room.

I managed to pick up a 7 disc alpahpak DVD case that can hold all 7 Columbia House Season 1 discs but of course there isnt' any cover art for that format. Could somebody out there with access to the Lucy DVDs maybe whip something up from the original Columbia House (or Paramount) covers to fit one of these? The front & back of the case is the same size as a normal DVD "Keep Case" like Paramount used, the spine is 2 inches wide though for the 7 disc model.

I'd do it myself but I don't have a capable image editing program & wouldn't know how to use it if I did :(
