DO u notice a lot of sitcoms (Full House, Step By step, family matters,two of a kind, cosby, growing pains) have stairs in the kitchen?? I find that odd cause where I live none of the houses are like that. OR maybe its just me.

I have never lived in a 2-story house. We did have stairs to our attic in the house I lived in when I was born, and there were stairs in the kitchen, next to the sink, but otherwise, no stairs at all. All the relatives I know with 2-story houses have stairs in either their living room/den area or a hallway, not the Kitchen.
