Elaine was yelling out her name in one episode down in Florida, not sure if it was the same Stella or not.

It was because she just got introduced to Stella which inspired her to yell her name several times.

Didn't Leo and Stella get a divorce?

I was just kinda assuming since she was with that other woman when Jerry made fun of him at the Tonight Show. Although, I'm sure Maestro or sinatratar can lend a helping hand.
