Did anybody see this train wreck of a movie? I know it was only a tv movie, but I thought it was overall very weak. The script was horrible, I don't know if I laughed once. It was nice to see Dana Barron who played Audrey in the original Vacation movie though. And Sung Hi Lee was pretty cute.

Oh, dude, I had to turn it off after about a 45 minutes. I love Randy Quaid's Cousin Eddie character, but he's much better in a supporting slot.

Sadly, even Eric Idle (who reprised his "European Vacation" role as the unlucky tourist) couldn't even save this turd.

And I agree - seeing the original Audrey was pretty cool. And, as I noticed when I bought the "Vacation" SE DVD, she's become quite the looker.

For the record, though, Juliette Lewis was my favorite Audrey. :)

if a National Lampoon's Vacation movie doesn't have Chevy Chase or Beverly D'Angelo, I'm not gonna watch it

what were they thinking i mean i know chevy can be a jerk but but those are his movies he is that franchise and there was no point i trying to do these movies without him

I watched the Christmas Vacation movie Friday night but I didn't bother watching this sequel. Cousin Eddie is a great supporting character but the Vacation movies are nothing without Chevy Chase.

Agreed. All the other National Lampoon movies sucked. I love the ones with Chevy Chase and Beverly in them though! I can watch those movies over and over again.

I agree. My dad and I watched it because we both love the Vacation movies, but his was not the same without Chevy Chase. I couldn't believe that the original Audrey also played Audrey in this one. I mean she's like 35 now and still playing like a 20 year old?! The original Christmas Vacation is the best. I really want to buy the DVD Ultimate Vacation where it has all 4 vacation movies.

I didn't think it was bad at all. Of course it's going to not even come close to the greatest movie of ALL TIME "Christmas Vacation" but I enjoyed it alot. Especially the scenes with Eric Idol.

I havent ever seen this.... I heard it was bad like that 2017 "vacation" -- Utter garbage!


If I ever found it on VHS I might get it for a laugh.........
