I've often wondered about the apartment building Ann and Schnieder both lived in.The architecture seems quite unusual for an apartment building.I know that it was a five storey building with an elevator which we sometimes saw.The building itself must have been fairly old.Ann's fourth floor apartment had no belcony, just a fire escape with a view of the city. One thing I didn't quite understand, was how the bedroom corridor was designed. The corridor itself appeared to be a seperate room with it's own door, serving as access to two seperate bedrooms.Interesting design! It caused me to think that Ann only had one bedroom in her apartment. But then I began to occasionally see Ann in a bedroom completely different from Julie and Barbara's room.So I realised that there had to be more than one bedroom in the place, which would make much more sense, since Ann originally shared her apartment with her two daughters.Another thing I liked about there place, was the diamond shape designs on the apartment doors.:talk:

I wonder if Dwayne got to live there for free because he was the building manager like Bonnie Plunkett does on "Mom".

Although Dwayne actually has maintenance engineering skills. :D
