I got an email tonight from someone who is listed on this board, in the first few pages, as a problem trader, sending out wrong numbers, complaining about prices, not sending tapes, etc.

When you get an email like this do you ignore it? Do you answer it and say I'm sorry I dont want to deal with you? I dont want to ruffle any feathers so I'm not sure what to do. So I was wondering what everyone else does in this situation.

Nanny Fine,

Depending upon my mood :D I'd do one of these things:

Ignore the email (I've only done this a couple of times)
Tell him I'm overloaded with trades (I always am)
Tell him frankly that I'm nervous about trading with him because of what I've heard... requiring that he send first

 I wouldn't dare get into a transaction with that person....looks like trouble waiting to happen.
