We watched the cartoon/live action CRAPfest "Osmosis Jones" today in Biology.
All I can say is that it was terrible.... and a very bad move for the Farrely Brothers, Chris Rock, Bill Murray.... and most importantly David Hyde Pierce.

But the only funny part.... was that DHP played the big strong guy.... and then he plays Niles.

DHP has done a lot of voice work.

His latest is "Hellboy" coming out in 2004.

Although it isn't an annimated movie, it is based on a comic and the actors are heavily costumed. DHP was hired to do the voice of a character "Abe Sapien" when the director decided that the actor playing the character didn't have a suitable voice. If you want to see the trailer here's a link -

Apparently the director had DHP in mind all along, but gave the actor Doug Jones a chance to audition for the voice. But he rejected Doug Jones' own voice and asked DHP if he was interested in doing the voice role. Pierce read the part and eagerly accepted it (he said he loved the dialogue and the cerebral attitude of the character).

David Hyde Pierce has a very powerful voice just like Kelsey does.
