at the end of the theame song at the end of the show it says yeah why doesnt it to that the first time too

I don't understand your question, do you mean why they don't have the year on the opening theme song?

You mean at the beginning of the show the theme song doesn't end with yeah, and that at the end of the show the theme song ends with yeah. Correct? I think that the word yeah is not mentioned, but mmmmmmm.... meaning that the show is over. This is in my opinion. I really don't know. I may be wrong.

He's talking about the "ooh" at the end of the song in the closing credits & asking why it isn't in the beginning.

A good answer. Cause the ooh signifies The End of the Episode. And its a cool way to close out your Diff'rent Strokes viewing.
