Brad Garrett has been tapped to host the second annual TV Land Awards: A Celebration of Classic TV, airing Wednesday, March 17, 2004 starting at 9 p.m. on both TV Land and Nick@Nite. Red-carpet pre-show will only air on TV Land at 8:30 p.m.
